The property overall was fairly clean and functional, had cool staff and location. The room I booked was cleaned and available with 'double' bed, great views and air con. The place was right by Bournemouth heart of the city. I enjoyed that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport.
-
Staff was extremly helpful, helped with each and every request. The outdoor restaurant was really nice with lots of meals in the menu.
Stayed in the room that definitely had to be cleaned.

I had a nice stay in a long time. Loved the place, it was bright and worked for me.
-
The place was small and tidy, it had first class staff and location. I liked a beautiful decor. Freshly cooked cuisine.
-
Convenient setting, patient staff.
We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, but everything was perfectly fine. Nice hot breakfast with variety of good foods. It was an easy base for our peaceful stay.

Liked magic views.
It was quite clean in the hotel. Efficient service, just lovely room and such huge bathroom. The continental breakfast was gorgeous, variety of options. The beach was sandy. Had carbonated drinks in the lounge bar in the evening. We had a very good stay at this such central property.
-
Superb stuff & prime location, everything was so perfect. English breakfast with very good food selection. We loved the king room as it was refurbished. Efficient check in and courteous service.
-
Planned to see Bournemouth major attractions and it was good base for visiting all of them. Lighting of our room was nice. The staff was just ACCOMMODATING, always there to help. Moreover, the free WiFi was available. It was worth its 4 stars.

The food was lovely and the location of the hotel was great. We really loved sea view and available amenities, including air conditioner, an iron and a multi-channel TV.
There was nothing I didn't like!
-
Brilliant location, close to lots of places to eat. the rooms were homely and clean and the free water dispenser in the reception area
-
Excellent food apart from the bread served at dinner time which was heavy and flat. Staff very pleasant and polite. Room quiet.
The towels - particularly bath towels - were of extremely poor quality. Bathroom could do with somewhere to put down washbags etc.Bathrooms rather bleak looking. Biscuits provided - not good.
-
staff were excellent felt looked after
en-suite was dated and shower poor
-
helpful staff and satisfactory value

I was looking for a comfortable hotel very close to the conference centre within my budget and the Hermitage fitted the bill admirably. The staff were excellent and the food was good, my room was upgraded when it was found to be double booked. I would definitely stay there next conference.

I found the hotel very spacious, the breakfast and evening meals good staff friendly
